Dear Scott,
I've not tried it but these people: http://amath.colorado.edu/computing/Itanium/documentation/issues.html suggest adding the flag -i_dynamic flag
I have yet to compile a version of molpro on itanium using version 8 of the intel compiler which passes all of the testjobs. It may be necessary to go back to version 7.1 of the compiler to produce a working executable.
On a related issue when using version 8 of the intel compiler on IA32 systems then one should use the latest version of the compiler from Intel Premier Support as early versions of the compiler also fail several of the testjobs.
Best wishes, Nick
