syslog.monitor only sends mon traps when $status and $self->{status} are different.
How does one generate traps the 1st time a pattern is matched within a period? If min
is -1 and max 0 (i.e. it's a problem if this matches even once) a single trap is sent
but any additional matches will have the same $status and not send traps. Should
$self->{status} be reset when (scalar(@{$self->{matches}}) == 0?
