Here is an update to netsnmp-freespace.monitor.

This update adds:

- a usage message
- SNMP v.3 support
- a "-T" threshold option: given a disk threshold, the script will exit
with the value of the highest disk percentage found that is over the
threshold; if no disks are over the threshold, it will exit with value 0,
and it will exit with value 2 for SNMP error. If the "-T" option is not
used, behaviour is the same as the original netsnmp-freespace.monitor,
which is exit when dskErrorFlag is set. The "-T" option is intended to be
used with the alert "exit=range" parameter to trigger different alerts at
different severity levels.
- unique-ified and sorted error messages
