This might be picking nits, but http://mon.lycos.com isn't a screen shot but a working Mon instance. I loosened the perms so people can enable/disable, and maybe a couple other functions of mon.cgi. -- Windows is the answer, but only if the question was 'what is the intellectual equivalent of being a galley slave?'
