I have a monitor that outputs one summary line for success and a different line for failure. The summary line is built with variables by the monitor.
The failure summary line is passed to mail.alert as expected when the monitor fails. However, when I configure an upalert for the monitor, the failure summary line is still passed to mail.alert. I expected the success summary line from the successful execution of the monitor to be passed to mail.alert for the upalert. When I run the monitor from the shell it is outputing the proper summary line. Anyone have ideas on how to get the success summary line generated by a monitor into mail.alert for an upalert?
