One thing which jumps out to me immediately is the address to notify has
been changed to [EMAIL PROTECTED] from [EMAIL PROTECTED] - have you
checked your mail logs? Did you mean to use "localhost", or is host in
your /etc/hosts as something resolvable where you can check 'admin' s email?
