Here's what I ended up doing: 1) Install snmp service on the windows box 2) Write a script to query the 'hrStorage' tree and divide hrStorageUsed.X by hrStorageSize.X for each "hrStorageFixedDisk" hrStorageType.X. Return 1 or 0 depending on failure(1) or success(0). You, of course, need to decide what constitutes a failure or a success.

I am trying to set mon to watch free space on several Windows server drives and I could use some guidance. If someone could list off the general steps, I would be greatly appreciative. (Apologies for asking the list but as some have noted, web searching for 'Mon' info is difficult) ----- Mike Prystupa EISI Computer Services Specialist Ph. 204-943-3474 Ext 2656 Fax 204-977-5100 _______________________________________________ mon mailing list mon@linux.kernel.org http://linux.kernel.org/mailman/listinfo/mon _______________________________________________ mon mailing list mon@linux.kernel.org http://linux.kernel.org/mailman/listinfo/mon
