I've been staring at this code trying to find the bug, and just realized its actually already fixed. From the cvs log:

Added missing argument to dep_ok to make alert suppression dependencies
work again.


(I think Ed found this bug first...)

I just committed a couple other fixes from Ed, and a fix that makes multiple '-d' arguments on the command line increment the debug level, so the various debug level 2 statements can actually be enabled. (And tagged this mon-1-1-0pre3)
