1.0.0pre5 or 1.1.0pre2 are both better than 0.99.2.

I've digged into the code of the "1.1.0pre2" version, and I realized
that the "upalertafter" support is still completely broken !!
I think that some chunks of the code must be rewritten to support it......

The current "upalertafter" logic is relying on : $sref->{"upalertafter"}
But, the problem is that this reference doesn't exist at all !!
The variable : $pref->{"upalertafter"} should be used intead, but it
depends on the "periods"...
Maybe the best way is to handle all the "upalertafter" logic into the
"do_alert()" procedure...
