Initial Comment:
While working fine until Wednesday Jan 17 2007, test 
tests/XQuery/Tests/type_integer.xq fails since Thursday Jan 18 2007 (i.e., 
after checkins on Wednesday Jan 17 2007) when compiled with Intel's icc, only:

In fact, pathfinder did not compile with icc between Wednesday Jan 10 2007
and Wednesday Jan 17 2007.
On Tuesday Jan 09 2007 the test worked fine also with icc; since Thursday
Jan 18 it fails.
Hence, any checking between Tuesday Jan 09 2007 and Wednesday Jan 17 2007
--- either to the development trunk or propagated from the old XQuery_0-14
release branch --- might have triggered the problem...
