Summary: M5/SQL: DbVisualizer Windows XP problem

Initial Comment:
DbVisualizer used to work flawlessly with M5 and M4.
After the big-bang there seem to appear problems, which
require capturing the stream of JDBC calls.

Test ran on Windows XP. It has not been tested yet on
Linux.

Bug fix prepared. The code falls back to the MonetDB
implementation of like() if pcre library is not available.

Bugfix distributed a.s.a.p.

It turns out that the PCRE library does not exist on Windows,
which causes the query to fail.

This seems related to the earlier bug report on #1640213

The internal implementation of like() should be revived or
a solution for pcre on windows is (urgently) needed.

Please add ?debug=true to the JDBC connection url, and add the generated
monetXXXXXXXX.log file.
