Summary: Conflict between normal query and XRPC query

Initial Comment:
Send a normal query via MapiClient and then an XRPC query to Mserver, or vice
versa, results in that the execution of the second query will fail.

If the second query is an XRPC query, the execution will fail in
"xrpc_startSerialize".

This problem is related with the reuse of the mil tree across multiple Mapi
Clients.

Thank Peter for find the cause of the problem.

Since this bug could not be fixed before the release, I set the priority to 9
to remind me that it should be fixed a.s.a.p.

Closing, as the respective tests seem to have been working fine since Feb
24 2007, i.e., after Jennie had added the missing stable output:

re-opened as stable output for the newly added tests is missing.
