Summary: Make mapi_get_field_count() without headers
Initial Comment:
It would be nice to have the field count available even
if no protocol headers are given. Currently it returns
0, for example at the statement:
mapi_query("print(1);");
So, practically, MIL support through the mapi library
is currently broken.
