Summary: preceding-sibling failure

Initial Comment:
let $c := <a><t/><t/><p/><t><p/></t></a>
for $doc in $c//p
  return $doc/preceding-sibling::*

causes the following error:
ERROR = !ERROR: PFll_child: both iter_bat and ctx_bat must have a dense head.
        !ERROR: PFll_child: operation failed.

the same query, however, works fine as soon as we change "preceding-sibling" by
"following-sibling"
