INSERT INTO A VALUES ('a3');
2.execute:
SELECT a FROM A
WHERE a < (SELECT a FROM A WHERE a = 'a4')
AND a IN (SELECT a FROM A);
3.result:

| a1 |
| a2 |
| a3 |
+----+
4.question:
The count should be 0;

fixed handling of zero or one returning sub queries. The a < (empty
result), wasn't correctly handled.
