Summary: most GEOM test fail after error handling changes

Initial Comment:
Since Mon Oct 27, i.e., after changes made on Sat Oct 25 and/or Sun Oct 26 (due
to compilation problems there are no testing results for Sun Oct 26), most GEOM
test fail, i.e., produce different output than before.
See
http://monetdb.cwi.nl/testing/projects/monetdb/Current/geom/.mTests5103/index.html
http://monetdb.cwi.nl/testing/projects/monetdb/Current/geom/.mTestsG103/index.html

Since the main differences are in (expected) error messages, I suspect that
they are related to Martin's error (-message) handling changes.

Message:
The GDKwarning in M5 has been removed already. Either it is a proper
error (GDKerror) being turned into an Exception, or it is
a debugging statement, which should be properly packed
in a #ifdef _DEBUG_
