under Win32. Replication via attached files.

... sorry --- wrong check --- in the Feb2009 release branch, it works fine,
also WITH the "NULL AS ''" -- hence, the bug exists only in the Jun2008 &
Nov2008 (SP2) releases, but no longer in the Feb2009 release branch ...
