Summary: XML document cache broken
Initial Comment:
the document cache is broken.
test:
add a rule to cach http pages:
xmlcache_add_rule("http", 1000000);
then run a query
count(doc("http://www.cwi.nl/~boncz/xmark/auctions.xml")//*)
and then check in Mserver
xmlcache_print();
it will not be cached while it should have been.

Overruling the sf-robot:
Set status back to pending as (even after a year) we still haven't (tried
to) add a respective test.

Status set to "pending" as we should check, whether we can
add tests for the XML document caching features.
