This is testing our first 'private' bugreport:
With 600k rows, these are the two most critical statements in the series of
1207 SQLs provided to Stefan and Sjoerd.

With the 1.5M test set on our 32-bit Windows XP machine (2.4 GHz Athlon 64
3800+ with 2 GB RAM), query 859 (now) runs in just under 10 secs.
For query 983 see email communication and
[ 2644925 ] crash-points with 1.5M
