Summary: Merovingian: prefix all log messages with timestamp

Initial Comment:
Currently Merovingian inserts timestamps every once in a while in the logfile
to indicate approximately when something happens. However, for merovingian
self originated messages, the time is well known. Hence, it is better to just
prefix all log messages with a timestamp, like e.g. syslog does.
