Summary: documentation: connect JDBC other than localhost

Initial Comment:
A useful addition to the JBDC docs would be:

"To make a JDBC connection to a MonetDB server other than localhost, mclient
sessions must be allowed from outside the host server. The following flag must
therefore be set in monetdb.conf:

mapi_open=yes

The installation default is mapi_open=no."

Message:
I patched the documentation with the mapi_open note. Updated documentation
should appear at least with the next release.

Hi Fabian

The phrase is just my suggested addition.

To put it in context, I'm using the Windows version of MonetDB/XQuery so
merovingian is not on my radar.

Hi Roy,

Do you by chance have the URL where you found that phrase at hand?

On a side-note, when using merovingian, this problem does not occur.
