Summary: SQL: SIMILAR keyword does not exist

Initial Comment:
On the website documentation, in the 'Syntax' page, table about operator 
precedences, this line appears:

LIKE ILIKE SIMILAR              string pattern matching 

However, SIMILAR is not a recognised keyword.

I removed SIMILAR from the page.  The website is being rebuilt.
