Initial Comment:
Add EPOCH to the list of valid options for EXTRACT ( datetime_field FROM
scalar_exp ).
Current list is
datetime_field:
YEAR | MONTH | DAY | HOUR | MINUTE | SECOND
EPOCH would be defined as the number of seconds since 1970/01/01 00:00:00.000
GMT.
