Summary: M5: crash time

Initial Comment:
Very minor issue: The output of the monetdb utility might be a little bit
confusing. The 'last crash' time, seems to be the start time of the previous
mserver session that crashed. Because the server crashed a few seconds before I
started it again, while it seems to show that there are 13 minutes in between
the two sessions. Perhaps the description should be changed to "start time of
last session that crashed " or something similar.
