CREATE TABLE "pages" (
"id" int NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,
"page" varchar(1024) NOT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY ("id")
);
An input file with just the information should be sufficient, e.g.
copy records into pages(page) from 'file';
should be sufficient.
Also, the copy code does not require key constraint check
to he generated.
