I wonder if the following is per spec behavior, every constant value not equal 
to 0 gets casted to true. Is there a reason to allow arbitrary constants?

select * from tables where 12345;

The spec isn't clear on this. Auto-conversions between numbers are indeed
always done. From numeric to boolean is just an added bonus. I don't
consider this a bug.
