In accordance with Martin's plans:
- removed "mclient" script which was merely a shortcut (alias) for MapiClient,
existed for Unix, only, and was in the wrong place (MonetDB5 instead of
clients)
- replaced "mclient" by "MapiClient" in code/scripts
- respective update of the documentation is left to Martin;
