Thanks. I asked on the list previously but did not see any answer - can someone
explain what then merovingian uses for the user name / password by default, if
not monetdb/monetdb? There is some cryptic info in the .conf file that says
some setting is ignored if using merovingian but it doesn't go on to then say
what setting IS used...
