for Peter & Jennie:
Added template structure to fill-in HTML pages and XQuery scripts
that will create a web-base administration interface to MonetDB-XQuery
(using XRpc functionality) providing (a.o.?) convenient access to
document-management.
Details to be filled in by Peter & Jennie, soon.
Admittedly, this is kind of a new feature.
Nevertheless, I agreed with Peter to add this on the release branch,
as it (mainly) consists of newly (to be) added files, and hence,
(hopefully) should not touch/alter/harm/compromize) existing functionality.
Moreover, I might become an important "selling feature" of MonetDB/XQuery.
