2009/04/21 - stmane: INSTALL,1.32
Since Peter's introduction of GDK_VARSHIFT & stridx_t on April 13 2009,
modules from teh CVS HEAD require depend on modules from the CVS HEAD,
i.e., the no longer compile/work with (onlder) modules from release branches.
Fixed version dependecies / requirements accordingly.
