Removed obsolete test for `mclient -l<language> --help`.
This feature to print a help message for language-specific mclient
interactive commands
has been replaced by a generic mclient welcome message that says
"Type \q to quit, \? for a list of available commands";
"\?" then obviously lists the language-specific mclient interactive commands.
