removed timeout extension;
the load/insert test(s) run in less than 10 seconds on all other platforms,
but seem to require several minutes (sometimes timing out after 9 minutes!)
on Solaris --- I consider that a bug on Solaris (either in Solaris itself,
or in the way our code works on Solaris --- it did work fine in the last
release...)
