2009/08/11 - stmane: src/test/pg_regress/Tests/load.SQL.bat,1.1.2.1
on Windows, we cannot easily do "sed-foo";
(and I'm currently to busy/lazy to do it in Pyhton ;-));
hence, we do it statically, i.e., materialize the result.
