Thanks.  I fixed make dist.  However it complains about filenames being
too long.  I recall we tackled this thing before, but don't recall how.
The tarball is being made now, but testing will obviously fail because
the files are just not added.  Perhaps for M5 we could move away from
the (probably) posix tar-format we now use?  GNU format is fine for me
here.  I believe BSDtar (libarchive) can read that format nicely too.
