Thank you, Sergey. My application's intended audience are school teachers and students, many of them located in developing countries. They would appreciate pre-built Windows and Linux (including 32-bit) executables.
I ended up including the old 3.7 Windows executable I downloaded under the MIT license back in August 2013.
