Two things I would check:
1) Make sure you that you are not missing any gems that your
application uses;
2) Check to see if your application will run under webrick

My server configuration is as follows :
Linux Centos 5
ruby 1.8.6
rubygems 0.9.4
Rails 1.2.3
Mongrel Web Server 1.0.1
mongrel_cluster 1.0.2
nginx version: nginx/0.5.27
Can anyone give help me to get this out ?
