AFAIK it's not possible, but I'd really like that too. Right now I have
a script which converts the mail contents to an URL like the one you
mentioned.
Although I think I'd prefer going through a script anyway, just cut the
mail part out, like alert="/opt/mysmsscript.sh" and the message would be
piped there.
