Can you run monit in verbose mode (using -v option) and check logs? What's your monit configuration and which service/process from the configuration you try to check? Does 'monit status' show the PID? Is the PID -1 all the time? What's the content of the related pidfile?

Thanks,
Martin

Sorry to trouble the group with this, but I've searched high and low for the answer to this. Why is it that my process status pages are showing -1 for both the pid and the parent pid? I'm not even sure what relevant information to include here except to say that monit is working fine, so it must know the pids, but they just don't show up on the html page.

Thank you!

Kelly
