No ... but i think this is not very useful per process anyway for
following reasons:
1.) If you need some process keep in physical memory, you can lock it
in memory
2.) almost each process will have some memory reserved in swap (it
gets the physical memory when it needs it)
3.) the swap is not evil, unless there is real memory shortage - then
it would be better to watch the swapping itself (page scanner,
pageouts, swap device load, ...)
