This file is not included with a normal Monit distribution and the way to build
Monit is via the standard, configure, make and make install. The make_dist
script mentioned above is for Monit developers and only available if you check
out the full source code from the Monit svn repository using, svn checkout
http://monit.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ monit.
