Hi,

please send the "set httpd" statement from your Monit configuration file ... 
check that the IP restrictions in the "allow" option allows access from your 
hosts or network. Also note that if you use specific bind ("address" option), 
it binds to public interface via which you try to access Monit (for example if 
you set "address 127.0.0.1" then the access will be possible from localhost 
only and public network in "allow" settings will have no effect as no client 
will be able to reach Monit). Make also sure that no 3rd party firewall or 
local iptables-like host firewall doesn't block access to Monit.
