I guess you did a 'rpm -Uvh monitorix-1.5.1-....' to do the upgrade, 
anyway, if you changed some line in the old 'monitorix.conf' file you 
should see (after the upgrade) a new file called 'monitorix.conf.rpmnew'.

Also, have you checked if there is any error messages in the 
/var/log/httpd/error_log file?

Finally and in order to have a more fluid communication channel and to
