Actually I was tempted to include the 'pidfile' feature in the early 
2.0.0 version, but I wasn't sure if some system would need it. :)

Anyway, it has been applied successfully on the current Monitorix tree 
and it will see the light in the next version.

Access to a CSV is not yet available mainly because I don't use it right 
now. Perhaps in a future, sorry for the inconvenience.

Just a question, I've noticed that the PID value is saved on the file 
without the 'newline' character. Is that correct?
