I'm glad to see that you managed to solve the problem so quickly.

And yes, although you fixed the problem with the network port, the 
statistics version of your current BIND (9.9.4) is not supported by 
Monitorix 3.3.0.

This was a known issue and has been already fixed in the *devel* branch 
of Monitorix, so those problems should go away in the next Monitorix 
version.
