Hi Craig, It looks like a permissions issue.
Monitorix places permissions in the /usr/share/monitorix/imgs directory for its built-in HTTP server which runs under the user 'nobody'. If you are using an external web server (like Apache) then is probably that it runs under a different user, and so that it can't write anything inside imgs/. Just 'chmod 777 imgs/' and go ahead.
