I mean that I don't use _explicitly_ IPv6 connections to retrieve Apache stats, but I found that Monitorix was using it in the server where I did the tests.
Perhaps because IPv6 connections have priority over IPv4 in that machine. I'm not sure on this. Just add ::1 permissions in your Apache conf and see what happens. Regards.
