I've never used more than 50% of memory of my PC...

I can see the real usage in gkrellm, the changes are not same.

There are no changes in allocation, it keeps exactly same, no matter what I run.

I think you are misunderstanding the graph. 
 
The y-axis has a title that says 'Megabytes' (not 'bytes'), and your 
memory used (red color) has values around 11kb, which means 11000 
megabytes, which also means around 11GB. 
 
Considering your system has 12GB of memory, the values represented in 
graph are pretty reasonable to me.
