Hi Bright,

1. As stated in the monitorix.conf(5) man page, you just need to add the line 'enable_hourly_view = y', and then restart Monitorix. The next time you load the main page you'll see the Hourly time frame radio-button.

2. You can't, the 'visual' time frames are relative of today. You cannot put absolute values.
