There actually is a problem here...

140.211.15.64 is neither permitted nor denied by best guess record for
domain of [email protected]) smtp.mail=
[email protected]; dkim=neutral (body hash did not
verify) [email protected]

Since it isn't an SPF failure, Google lets it through. I'm assuming Live is
a lot more conservative in this regard. This is probably the reason why
Live is freaking out.
