First of all thanks for share your interest.

The project is based on Duda I/O stack, so the implementation must be
written on top of it. Before you put your hands on i suggest you read the
whole information and do the steps from the "Getting Started" section, that
will give you enough details about the scope of the project and how you can
do a good application proposal.
